Remember my posts about working out and exercise DVDs and losing weight? Remember how long ago that was? Right, I haven't done much more than complain about my weight (and post-baby body), so I finally signed up for gym and went this morning. I'm feeling a bit sore, but not too bad. Here's hoping that I can stick to this plan.
Starting weight 145lbs (or thereabouts). No goal weight really, but I'd like to lose 10-15lbs, but most importantly I'd love to lose this annoying belly left over from pregnancy and the lovely muffin top.
