With the weather being milder in the past month, we've been spending a ton more time outside. Warning: this is a picture heavy post!

A year and a half!

My little guy is a year and a half today! He's such a fun little dude to hang out with. He says around 35 words, including some animal sounds. He loves to read, any time he sees a book, he demands to be read to, I am so happy about this. He also just learned the word "camera", which makes me to so excited! He eats almost anything, but he'll eat any fruit ("toot") and cheese ("cheet"). He loves chasing Sasha and kissing her with a loud "mmmaaaa". He's starting to dance to music, especially if Sasha's dancing.
I think he is done nursing, which makes me a little sad, though I know we were both ready to be done.
We had his 18-month appointment and he's 32" tall and 24lbs. Which, funny enough, is the same Sasha was at 18 months!

Apple picking

One of my favorite things about fall is apple and pumpkin picking. We got too many apples (again) and I have a feeling that I'll be baking and cooking them for another week (and then eating the left-overs for another two!)
And yes, we even got a head of cabbage!

Kite flying

We went out to fly a kite my sister got Sasha for her birthday. It was such a blast, thought Sasha couldn't keep running long enough for the kite to stay up.

Birthday party in (lots of) pictures

On Sasha's actual birthday, I took her to my zumba class which she loved! We had our traditional birthday morning croissant, and went to a pottery painting place! In the evening, we went over to my in-laws' to celebrate her birthday and Rosh Hashana together.
Sasha's birthday party was a huge success, with both kids and adults. We had a kiddie party in the afternoon at Bounce U and then headed back home to celebrate with family. It was hectic, but fun!
