Nine months

Max is nine months today. Three quarters of a year. In the last month, he's grown so much and hit a few milestones. He's sitting up on his own, he's getting really good at crawling (if he's playing in the living room and knows I'm in the kitchen, he'll crawl over to find me!), he's getting really good at standing and will stand unassisted for a while, holding on to something, he's about to cut two top teeth. He eats a ton (we'll see how much he's gained at his appointment next week, but I don't think it'll be that much); we're transitioning him to finger foods, so he's at about 50% finger foods and 50% purees. And he's still nursing (patting myself on the back here for getting this far, although I do hope to get to a year still)
He's the funniest little guy, he loves to laugh, he loves his sister and watches everything she does, he smiles all the time, at just about anybody! He's dealing with some separation anxiety now and if I'm in the room, wants to be in my lap or climbing on me, like a jungle gym. We need to get baby gates, because he's really starting to be all over the place. We sleep trained him again and he's back to sleeping till the morning (of course, now that I've typed that out, I've jinxed myself, but oh well!)
