Summer vacation

Sasha had a week off of school and I planned a few playdates for her. So we did a lot of swimming and lounging by the pool (and some TV watching too).
We're also keeping her home for two weeks in July and in August, so that should be fun! Yay for summer!

15 months

Our sweet little boy is fifteen months old today. He's such a wonderful little guy, he loves giving kisses (which is a pretty recent development) and he loves snuggles. He's really trying to walk more and more now, I love watching him get up and walk a few steps, pause, and then walk a few more. Pretty soon, I won't be able to keep up with him, I'm sure!
Max loves bath time and brushing his teeth. If he sees the pool, he wants to go in and kicks his legs excitedly getting in. Getting him out of the pool sometimes even results in tears.
He's starting to get the body parts and even said "eye" today, poking both me and Z in the eye. He's obsessed with airplanes and always stops doing what he's doing to stand up and point at the airplane flying by.
He loves his sister, even if she might be a little rough with him sometimes. He just beams when she walks into his room and waves at her, saying "hi".

So nice to be back!

I missed my little buddies so much!! It seems they have changed and grown up (especially Max) so much while we were gone!
We're going to have a fun week - Sasha's on summer vacation and we have a few playdates planned for her, as well as library story time and, of course, pool time (if weather cooperates)

London

I am back from London (and Z is coming back Sunday night) and I am so glad to be back with my two little tiny loves. We had a wonderful time exploring London and since this was our second trip there, we didn't do too many touristy things, but instead just wandered around. We saw Russell Crow on our first evening there, went to the Leavesden studios (where Harry Potter movies were filmed), the Stonehenge, and then walked around and explored.
